You’d like to do this

• Through the entire lifecycle of opportunity development, work closely with the Capture, Program, Proposal, and all functional teams.
• Provide recommendations on strategic captures, IRAD investment, and customer engagement strategies as part of the Growth Team for IC.
• As part of this position, you will engage customers and industries, develop pipelines, ensure business development processes are followed, growth plans are developed and executed, and resources are assigned to win strategic opportunities identified by the Business Development team.
• Developing and implementing successful teaming strategies for prime and sub opportunities with the Business Development Vice President.

You’re Required To Have This

· A minimum of 10 years' direct experience in Intelligence Community captures focused on NRO / Space Market and strong proposal-writing skills are required.

· Experience in BD, Capture, or Government within the Intelligence Community is a requirement for the successful candidate

· The candidate must have completed a BS/BA degree from a four-year college or university.

• · This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain and active federal security clearance, TS/SCI clearance with a poly is required.
