Posting Summary
Provide technical, functional and academic management of graduate admissions platform. Provide data analysis and oversight of the graduate admissions office data management and databases. Serve as an admissions data analyst. Develop admissions protocols and train faculty and staff on system use. Review applications and program recommendations, make admissions decisions and send decision letters. Develop recruitment materials and implement strategic plan for increasing graduate enrollment. Provide administrative supervision for admissions and student services support and general office staff.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree with five years related experience required to include data management and analysis. Experience with student databases, project management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems required. Experience supervising employees. Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience working in university setting with graduate population. Demonstrated commitment to helping advance diversity and inclusion priorities.
