Director Of Account Management

The Director of Account Management will have the primary responsibility of building positive rapport with current clientele, and ensure executive relationships are cultivated for new sales opportunities. The Director will be responsible for overall profitability for the correctional line of business. S/he will work with operations to strategically lead the direction of his/her accounts and ensure contract expansion and renewal. The Director will be responsible for all account management activities to include: strategic planning, reporting, and ensuring that services and delivery are meeting and exceeding the clients expectations.
