Job Description
The Gathering Spot is a fast past and innovative company known for hosting boundary-pushing events and experiences for its members. The Gathering Spot is seeking a Director of National Member Programming & Communications to oversee the ideation, planning, and marketing of 60+ member events at TGS clubs. A senior role within the company, this person leads the overall direction of experiences including cross-departmental coordination and team management.

Job Duties:


  • Developing and implementing process improvement and efficiencies across relevant departments.
  • Managing the Communications and Member Event Coordinator teams across locatins
  • Ensure the execution of member events across locations meets set brand standards
  • Consistently interacting with members, partners, coworkers and management with a positive attitude and focus on a culture of hospitality, leadership and mutual respect
  • Oversee execution of events and team when necessary
  • Lead the creative vision, direction, and planning for all club programming across locations
