Our Jordan Creek team is responsible for working with individual financial professionals in a back office capacity and this role will be helping manage the relationships and sales initiatives.

Essential Duties:
  • Develop new recruiting leads through proactive outgoing solicitations, identifying cross-sell opportunities for current relationships through proper customer profiling and needs-based selling
  • Develop and deliver actionable plans to address areas of growth in order to create an exceptional advisor experience
  • Interface internally and externally in a professional and courteous manner to act as an advocate for the advisor and to achieve performance objectives
  • Participate in business planning, resource allocation, and budgeting related to areas of responsibility
  • Retain advisor relationships demonstrating how their businesses will benefit from the relationship with the firm; interfacing with team members and other departments to meet client needs
  • Participate in and present during the company’s various conferences and meetings
  • Act as spokesperson for the company where product expertise and positioning is required to recommend and initiate product and program development while meeting profitability and growth objectives
  • Be a trusted resource for advisors with regards to business strategy, industry changes, and branch office growth including, but not limited to, planning regular visits to advisors in offices to strengthen the relationship with the firm, and providing training sessions as appropriate
Education & Experience:
Five or more years of related experience, education and/or training.
Certificates & Licenses:
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 is required and Series 24 preferred.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
