The Challenge
Take-Two Interactive, Inc., a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, is looking for a Director, HR Technology to join the team. We are looking for a leader with a hands-on attitude to own the design, development, and implementation of global HR Technology solutions with a focus on process efficiency, scalability and employee experience.
What You’ll Take On
  • Coach and mentor direct reports and continue to develop their skills
  • Facilitate clear and concise status updates including direct communications with HRIS Team and project sponsors
  • Participate in the Workday Community and advise users about the latest enhancements for future releases accordingly
  • Lead projects: obtain global partner agreement, develop requirements using your extensive experience creating BRDs, testing, change management and help facilitate post-mortems to solicit feedback on deliverables
  • Prioritize projects across the team and help allocate resources to meet business goals
  • Development and maintenance of detailed project plans, risk mitigation, governance plans, and project reporting
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to help solution and deliver for our growing business
  • Manage team to build, configure and solution complex issues
  • Be a vocal leader and advocate for HR Technology across the organization
What You Bring
  • Strong problem solving, planning and execution skills, including a desire to roll up your sleeves to help deliver and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leveraging data to help tell a story
  • 10+ years of HR Technology management in a global environment
  • Proven knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes
  • Ability to work in an faced-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading a team within an HRIS or HRIT function
  • Workday experience across multiple domains
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities, critical matters and maintain confidentiality

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $150,000 and $220,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
