Director, Educational Services K-12

The role of the Director of Educational Services is to manage, lead, & provide exceptional oversight of K-12 school teams & partnerships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Foster strong relationships with all staff members.

· Prioritize employee retention through support and guidance.

· Maintain exceptional partner relationships through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

· Promote service excellence by maximizing the potential of staff members.

· Conduct individual meetings with each clinical staff member to better understand employee needs and demand for additional and/or future services.

· Develop a sense of community by creating an open forum and encouraging communication among staff members.

· Support staff recruitment.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Minimum requirements):

· Master’s degree in a special education-related field.

· five years of experience in the field, a minimum of 1 year of experience in an educational leadership role.

· Ability to manage multiple clinical disciplines at various school locations.

· Working knowledge of special education compliance.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Organizational, planning, and time management skills.

· Employee relations and performance management.

· Management and mentoring skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Critical thinking skills.
