Our client is a Global IT SERVICES firm is looking for Top Notch Sales and Business Development professionals for the RCM (Retail, Consumer and Manufacturing)

This a Senior Sales and Business Development role and the person will bring management concepts and knowledge to the CPG and Retail industry and solution sets to analyze and develop clear business benefits to potential clients. This person will enable organization to identify important emerging trends and positions the corporation to effectively exploit them and will be able to build consultative business relationships with the highest level alliances and global opportunities. The role will be responsible for

  • Lead deal teams and represents the company to the customer for Outsourcing deals with Multi Mill TCV.
  • Support the team’s market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing and product development staff.
  • Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
  • Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
  • Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks. Impact/Scope
