Digital Strategist Jobs

We're looking for a stellar strategist who thrives on helping clients fulfill their potential in their digital space. Your work will directly impact the ROI of our client’s websites. You are innately passionate, data-driven, and an exceptional communicator. You know all the latest trends in digital and can anticipate the next big thing.

We are a remote friendly company. While we have offices in downtown Boston, MA and Oakland, CA, many of our employees work remotely so we are scattered across 16+ states. You are welcome to work in one of our offices or remote from the continental US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Work closely with designers, developers and project managers to bring your vision to life
• Identify key performance indicators and setup analytics platforms (typically Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager) to effectively measure success
• Conduct audience research and develop user personas
• Understand client's needs and business goals
• Develop an inspiring vision for the site, with both a short and long term strategy for enhancing the user experience online
• Audit client's website and competitor sites focusing on navigation, SEO, content and conversion path optimization
• Confidently present findings from research to both internal and external client teams
• Support sales team and participate in new business initiatives

Skills & Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
• Superb attention to detail
• Killer organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of modern SEO/SEM practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certified in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Drupal and Shopify Plus
• Eligible to work in the US
• At least 2-3 years of agency experience
