We are looking for a seasoned, detail-oriented and highly organized person to join the team as a Project Manager.

We use Asana to stay up to speed on project details and timelines for all clients. You would coordinate closely with our Clients, Core Team and CEO via Slack, Asana, Google Meet and Email.

In this role, you will manage new client relationships from onboarding to service delivery.

How exactly do we do this?

• Build and maintain effective relationships with the Core Team of Copywriters, Photographers, Videographers, Web Designers and Digital Marketers.
• Communicate directly with the CEO around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
• Help provide clarity and assurance to clients over the course of project fulfillment.
• Be available for Client correspondence via Email and Google Meet.
• Manage projects from Onboarding to Delivery.
• Be an Effective Liaison between Clients and Core Team.
• Provide Project Performance Reporting via Asana on Weekly Basis.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking and have the desire to win by always exceeding account management goals.

Our first 90 Days will be spent learning our project management processes, communication tools and ideal client profile.
