We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Summary:
At LSI, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a marketing technology and media guru. This person is responsible for working with all Marketing stakeholders to define the mechanisms needed to deliver revenue-generating results through all digital tools/assets, applications, systems of record. This includes identifying processes, providing strategies & feedback, supporting the development team and subsequent processes to help sales, marketing, and other departments to manage, measure and evolve all digital tools and programs. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.
Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals. This role is responsible for managing the duties and responsibilities for the LSI corporate website and all subsidiary main websites or portals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Assist in marketing communication activities as determined by Marketing leadership
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Support growth of eLearning and video production work.
- Coordinate and manage content with Marketing management and others in conjunction with editorial calendars.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives based on input and feedback from Marketing and executive leadership, including but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, Account Based Marketing (ABM), email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Support the video production capture of eLearning center content
- Support growth of eLearning system through management of LSI Learning Center:
- Help develop curriculum with Marketing Tradeshow/Event Manager
- Actively manage and monitor the eLearning Center website
- Support product launches, tradeshows/events and other activities as designated with marketing campaigns and initiatives across various media channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- New development projects, expansions of the platform
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance and other digital marketing assets as needed.
- Manage and maintain the LSI websites including:
- Optimization and continued work on improving the use of the CMS
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms including the corporate blog.
- Provide analysis of website along with feedback on the development of content
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field preferred, plus 4-5 years B2B digital marketing and advertising
General Qualifications
- Extensive experience in website administration including Wordpress CMS, Dato CMS
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Photography skills a plus
- Advanced experience in designing, developing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Crazy Egg,)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Video production and video editing skills a significant plus.
- Minimal travel required.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
Language Skills
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally and effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office applications
- Google Analytics
- HTML, CSS, and some PHP required as well as working knowledge of truncated HTML for email.
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro a plus
- Other web development platforms (Dreamweaver etc)
- Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.
- Preferred (but not required) certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or AMA Professional Certified Marketer
