Seeking an experienced digital marketing B2B professional who excels at and enjoys marketing automation and other digital marketing strategies.
An excellent Digital Marketing Specialist will have had previous experience researching and promoting products and services online via blogs, email campaigns and website content, along with a wide range of sales-related research and writing. They will understand how to mesh well with a team and organize larger digital projects. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Digital Campaigns:
- Coordinate solutions with marketing automation software platforms as they arise
- Monitor and analyze ROI and KPIs to provide insight for improvement
- Assist in building reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.
- Bring new technology and best practice ideas to the agency for improving technology implementations
- Execute and report on A/B tests
- Create, report on, and optimize nurture workflows
- Support SEO and PPC projects with the eventual ownership of some client SEO or PPC strategy and execution
- Assist in standardizing the implementation of digital marketing tactics across the enterprise
- Work closely with the marketing automation strategist and account managers to create, plan and execute campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot, Pardot and other platforms
Content Development:
- Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.)
- Ensure content written is consistent with our client’s brand and personas.
- Assist in writing and execution of digital marketing campaigns and playbooks, including emails and social media
Qualifications:
- HubSpot proficient, certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Google Analytics and/or social media experience a plus
- BS degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field
- At least 3+ years digital marketing and/or marketing automation experience
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS experience a plus
- Experience with CRM programs like Salesforce a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with email tools such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
