What does a Digital Marketing Specialist Do?
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with the marketing team on the direction, design, execution and daily management of all digital marketing strategies. You'll take ownership in the bank's digital marketing presence with implementing a marketing strategy across all digital marketing mediums, website management and content updates, social media strategy and execution, contesting, blog management, e-newsletters and email marketing, digital advertising, and video development - driving a customer focused experience in a digital realm.
Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
  • Serve as internal liaison for project requests and communicates with print vendors for new and revised marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and plans based on overall bank marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the development and execution of inbound marketing programs for lead generation utilizing email marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, e-newsletters, landing pages, blog and CRM.
  • Create and manages graphics and content for website, blog, and social media including writing, editing, and proofreading copy.
  • Seek new innovations in online financial marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the bank's digital marketing presence by executing on strategy across all digital mediums.
  • Coordinates projects with outside graphic designers as needed.
  • Measure digital outcomes and ROI of digital marketing and advertising strategies via Google Analytics and other accepted means.
  • Supervise and maintain the bank's website, online, blog, and mobile marketing strategies.
  • Participate in events, public relations activities, and new employee orientation to support Pride in Peoples.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and vendors to produce visual content and video content for use in online platforms.
Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications
  • 2+ years professional experience in digital/online marketing, content creation in a B2B/B2C environment, social media and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of an Associate degree in related field.
  • Requires skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Self-motivator; problem solver.
  • Effectively listens to others and makes clear and effective oral presentations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
