Jollibee Group Asian Brands North Americais seeking two (2) DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGERs for its JOLLIBEE, RED RIBBON AND CHOWKING brands. S/he will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies of the Jollibee brand, by identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. The ideal candidate must have 4 – 7 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with 1-3 years in the QSR industry and managing aggregators (DoorDash, etc.). S/he must be able to multi-task effectively, and possess a positive, can do attitude. Experience being the lead project manager on strategic digital initiatives across global and regional teams is a strong edge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
·At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or any equivalent related course.
·At least 4 - 7 years of progressive and extensive work experience in digital marketing from manufacturing and/or foodservice industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
·1-3 years of experience working in QSR and managing aggregators (DoorDash, etc.)
·Demonstrated/demonstrable experience leading and managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
·Demonstrated/demonstrable experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
·Solid knowledge and experience in website and marketing analytics tools.
·Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
·Experience with web tools: Shopify (CMS), Klaviyo (Email), Braze.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
·Expert in Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, YouTube
·Proven expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics.
·Knowledge of tools like, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
·Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills. Detail-oriented, self-starter and agile.
·Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner. Collaborative team-player.
·Analytical and critical thinking combined with operational excellence.
·Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
·Excellent time-management and organization skills to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
·Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional teams, IT, marketing disciplines, and vendors/consultants.
·Experience being the lead project manager on strategic digital initiatives across global and regional teams.
