You are a digital superstar and guru. All things e-comm expert, particularly Shopify and Klaviyo. Devising and implementing plans to increase conversion of b.box products online and building the brand in the digital space


Responsibilities:

Overall Job Function/Role:

  • Work closely with eCommerce Director on performance, analysis and changes’ implementation to increase conversion and deliver on sales goals for US e-comm site
  • Build and support all b.box US digital initiatives
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment on activities, events, consumer promotions, and product launches
  • Ensure b.box’ US e-comm site is on brand and delivering high level user experience benchmarked against key players in the juvenile industry
  • Ensure e-comm site is SEO
  • Strategically execute EDM campaigns to improve customer retention and conversion
  • Analyze and report on performance of US e-comm site and EDM activities on a regular basis
  • Maintain b.box blog, faqs and legal on US site, current and SEO


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving communications on digital channels, and progressing the movement of b.box consumers along the purchase journey
  • Create and deliver advertising and promotional plan to ensure conversion while maintaining budgeted profitability
  • Monitor advertising expenses (related to the e-comm site) and report on Web analytics and campaign results
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other relevant information to form digital strategies. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, including competitor developments. Distribute information on a quarterly basis, and communicate important updates as they happen
  • Understand customer shopping behavior and tailor EDM campaigns to increase repurchase and shopping basket, while maintaining profitability
  • Adjust e-comm strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

  • Possession of a problem-solving attitude – proactively seeking solutions and further information when required
  • Be accountable for all tasks as listed above, ensuring a timely delivery
  • Keep clear and accurate records of digital marketing activities, and report monthly of performance


Relationships:

You are a digital super star and guru. You are curious, make smart choices and are a team player. Though you’ll be reporting to the eCommerce Director, you’ll also be working closely with the Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Savvy at Google ads and performance
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, for at least 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and Klaviyo
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Good knowledge of web design, particularly Shopify
  • Hands on experience in Shopify websites, including performance assessment
  • Experience managing EDM campaigns with consistent results
