WHAT WE EXPECT :

• Bonus Experience: Meta ads experience, paid social experience, previous digital marketing internship, data analysis
• Required coursework: Intro to Marketing, Statistics
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internshipDesired Class Level: Pursuing a Bachelor’s DegreeDesired majors: Marketing related Majors
• When: Fall (August–November)
• Recommended coursework: Digital Marketing, Advertising and Promotion, Advertising, Marketing Analytics
• Required qualifications: Understanding of digital advertising metrics, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and formulas should excite you)
• Possible opportunity to extend internship into an ongoing position

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :

• Experience in audience segmentation and targeting strategy
• How to track and report website conversions
• Understand how leads are generated and move down the sales funnel
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to target KPIs
• How to launch and manage paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS :

• Work alongside the Digital & Demand Generation teams
• Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
• Interface with Marketing Operations and Marketing Intelligence teams

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
