Job Description

SHR Talent is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare client south of Nashville, TN in its search for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to maximize online visibility, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The Digital Marketing Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization.

A successful candidate for the Digital Marketing Analyst role will possess a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to attract and engage the target audience
  • Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and target audience, identifying opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and optimize website performance through regular analysis of key metrics
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
