Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator


Location: Cincinnati, OH /Hybrid/Remote


Type: Contract to Hire


: The Digital Experience Coordinator will oversee the coordination of digital experience, including timelines, creative components, and testing to ensure successful implementation. They will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Technology and Digital to achieve the enterprise sales goals across digital channels.


Minimum Position Qualifications


  • Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:
  • Strong understanding of the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assets
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing, user experience, and ecommerce best practices
  • Strong project leadership, prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to balance scope, cost, risk and quality while facilitating a high level of performance and agility across all teams
  • Ability to lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members, and suppliers
  • 2+ years of experience with a large retailer, multi-brand company, and/or agency
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • 3+ years of digital experience with at least 2 years focused on ecommerce
  • Ability to lead and motivate others while maintaining and building positive business relationships and partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual work styles
  • Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with departmental and product management teams to evaluate requirements and determine the best solutions for site experience initiatives.
  • Ensure project goals are defined and monitored to keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all site experience requests.
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for bringing enterprise campaigns, initiatives and pilots to life within the digital experience, working across multiple teams.
  • Write simple creative briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with digital site experience team.
  • Review design requests for cohesion and logic and gather requirements and assets.
  • Partner with User Experience (UX), Creative, and Development teams to ensure they are maintaining the integrity of the customer experience digital strategy.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Manage cross-functional workflow with Marketing, Creative, and Digital departments to ensure teams are aware of key dates, milestones, and communicate any issues with management.
  • Work with appropriate teams to define success metrics and recap campaign performance; share reporting results with all stakeholders.
