We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Permanent Digital Director to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Director, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy. This is a 100% remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere! You will be expected to lead our marketing team and be responsible for the digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who is tech-savvy, experienced in digital marketing, and has leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Ahrefs to monitor and analyze site performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Implement and manage SEM, SEO, and Display Advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Evaluate and manage the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify trends and insights in digital marketing, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Oversee a team of digital marketers and guide them to execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Ahrefs.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role for at least 5+ years.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
