Job Description


The People Experience Digital (PX Digital) team is looking for a Digital Insights & Analytics Analyst to capture, analyze, and deliver insights from both qualitative and quantitative data that will drive continuous enhancements for a high standard of employee digital experience across enterprise.This role may be located at a Global Services site in the following locations:New Brunswick, NJ; Tampa, FL; Bogota CO; Manila, PH; Prague, CZ.This role is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, with both days in the office and remote each week.

The PX Digital team oversees an enterprise employee platform as the go-to destination for finding relevant content and information, and quickly connecting J&J employees. Launched in 2020, the platform continues to grow as the first stop for all J&J employees, the Digital Insights & Analytics Analyst will be encouraged to partner with the PX Digital Product team as well as the PX Listening team to inform our strategy and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyze behavioral data for the digital ecosystem and tools
  • Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Support the robust and accurate foundation for digital analytics tracking
  • Lead the analytics for the team's product portfolio, including polls, surveys, A|B testing, CSAT, etc.
  • Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data; leverage contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and feature prioritization
  • Connect quantitative data with qualitative employee data to derive and communicate insights
  • Own demand intake from key partners and optimally communicate status, timelines, and project outcomes
  • Conduct formal/informal training on the use of new technologies and measurement reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze employee satisfaction, sentiment and favorability through focus groups, voice of employee feedback sessions and digital surveys and polls
  • Identify requirements and implement Google Analytics data capture for website capabilities and mobile apps
  • Identify the root of partners’ data analytics needs and partner to provide valuable, practical insights
  • Work in close partnership within the PX Digital Product team to support the execution of the product roadmap
  • Partner with site designers and product managers to develop A|B testing plan and implement A|B tests using UsabilityHub
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze data from Google Analytics; proactively identify and diagnose any anomalies or inconsistencies and present recommendations to improve or resolve
  • Collaborate with vendors/agencies to deliver against digital analytics workstreams
  • Develop analytics dashboards and ad hoc reports to keep the pulse of digital performance, health of the products, and clear data visualization


Experience And Skills


Required:


  • Experience with data visualization: building reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key metrics to partners in different functions and levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with focused expertise in Microsoft Excel and working with large, complex datasets; Microsoft PowerPoint to present concise insights
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or comparable web analytics tool
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience in bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model
  • Very organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in digital analytics
  • Experience in data collection strategy, data management, digital measurement solutions, analysis, visualization, and proven ability to connect the analysis to insights that impact the overall user experience


Preferred


  • Ability to create clear, detailed, concise user-stories, acceptance criteria and artifacts
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager, Google Looker/Data Studio, Tableau, and/or PowerBI
  • Experience working within Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with SQL and/or Google BigQuery
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • Experience in working with large data sets, repositories and/or databases to manipulate, normalize and generate insights
  • Prior experience working within an enterprise-scale content management system
  • Prior experience collaborating with vendors/agency to deliver against digital analytics workstreams

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the United States is $76,000 – 121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
