This is a Full-Time position the hours would be from 11am to 7pm (Flex) in general; to include every other weekend and holiday.

Supervise the food service operations in the SNF houses, conduct training of new hire RSA's and assist with deliveries and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

Knowledge of general kitchen duties including ordering, dietary requirements and scheduling.

Ability to read and write English
Ability to follow instructions, both oral and written
Ability to endure up to four (4) consecutive hours of standing/walking
Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision as conditions dictates
Ability to understand and use cleaning supplies and/or equipment as needed
Ability to comprehend and utilize computerized meal production sheets with adaptive counts

Additional Information:

*FULL TIME SIGN-ON BONUS: $500*

*PART TIME SIGN-ON BONUS: $250*
