Dhrl Custodial (Multiple Openings)

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools

• Experience providing custodial services
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods and techniques, including measuring and mixing cleaning chemicals
• Experience providing custodial services in an educational environment
• Basic computer skills

• Perform other duties as assigned
• General floor care on carpet and hard floors
• Cleaning common areas, kitchens, lobbies, etc.
• Moving and resetting furniture
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, doors, etc.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory
• Dusting surface areas, including vents, fixtures and elevators
• Trash removal
• Request necessary supplies
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom and shower areas
