Job Summary: As a Sr. ETL Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining ETL/ELT solutions for managing the data exchange via files and API between the company, its clients/vendors, and other entities. You will meet frequently with business owners, project managers, and business analysts to discuss requirements for implementing data flows and the business processes that will depend upon them.

Essential Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot and resolve data load issues, including bad data, file mapping, performance issues for SSIS packages and ETL Processes, and reviewing stored procedures and functions for issues.
• Participate in data mapping discussions with business units, clients, vendors and help devise a solution.
• Develop automated data load programs using SSIS/C#.NET, TSQL to process and load data sets from multiple sources.
• Communicate with client or vendor’s technical teams regarding data transfer/load issues, resolution steps, following up on reported issues to track them to closure.
• Support the full scope of the data load process, including, client files, the ingestion engine, ETL/transform, database management, data export, and SLA tracking.
• Work in an agile environment and provide regular updates on the progress of projects.
• Perform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Document data flows, ETL processes, logic as flowcharts/ process diagrams.

• Advance level in SQL Server, SQL Job, process automation (must have)
• Experience Developing Systems in Python, pyspark.
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• Advance level in SSIS development
• Advance level in designing ETL/ELT processes using SQL, SSIS, C# to implement automated inbound/outbound data file-based data exchange. (must have)
• Reporting (On Demand, Error, Trending, Summary, etc.)
• Intermediate level proficiency in C#.Net or other programming languages for developing code for API integration, implementing custom transformations in SSIS (must have)
• Intermediate level data analysis Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills – written and oral
• Advance level TSQL development – SPs, functions, views, etc., including an understanding of best practices in TSQL development
• Knowledge of big data with a focus on data engineering: optimizing data, pipelines, ETL, ELT
• Agile Methodologies/SCRUM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or another related field
• Excellent Documentation skills – both technical and non-technical
• Ability to provide off-hours support on a schedule
• Experience with Healthcare Datasets – Member Eligibility, Claims, Providers, Authorization
