Project Healthy Minds is a mental health tech non-profit startup (yeah you read that right – brains and a big heart). We're taking on one of the defining issues of our generation: the growing mental health crisis. We believe in a simple but profound idea: that it should be as easy to find critical mental health services as it is to book a flight, get a reservation, or order a toothbrush to your doorstep. That's why we're building a platform for anybody and everybody to find the life-changing services that are right for them.

To do that, we work with some of the most inspiring and influential leaders and change-makers in America: business titans, tech entrepreneurs, clinicians and scientists, musicians, artists, athletes, media stars, policymakers, and more. About The Role

NITTY GRITTY:

• Reports to the Head of Creative
• Must be U.S. based
• Remote
• EST or CT Time Zones
• 20-30 hours a week
• Freelance / Contract

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Developing an extensive brand system and creating well-defined, thorough brand guidelines and templates for our partners and cross functional team members to use
• Taking risks and creating stand-out work by pushing past the expected and experimenting with unique and bold designs
• Preparing meticulous, production-ready design files following best practices for print and web (motion/ animation is a huge plus)
• Moodboarding, image searching, and researching to help push all strategic work and pitch materials
• Supporting the Head of Creative and other team members on creative collateral to support the organization and initiatives
• Shaping and evolving the brand’s visual identity alongside the Head of Creative and other key stakeholders
• Executing on-brand designs for a wide range of touchpoints such as marketing and development materials, experiential, merch, social, web, digital, and print

Preparing meticulous, production-ready design files following best practices for print and web

• Being a key design representative to the greater cross functional team

About You

• An awesome human – you are deeply thoughtful, personable, compassionate, and have a positive attitude
• Strategic and conceptual - you’re a thinker—better yet an over-thinker, you come with a point of view, and you are eager to dive into the big questions
• Organized and autonomous – you can manage multiple projects, your time, and your priorities efficiently with limited oversight
