Golin is looking for our next Digital Designer with 3+ years of experience who is looking to become the next digital superstar. Are you someone who has a passion for making people say, “wow” through your work? Do you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite? Are you social first and looking to use your skills to help brands be more creative and connected to culture?
As a Digital/Graphic Designer, You Will

• Be a master of time management.
• Work across a variety of clients and project types.
• Be proactive in pitching on-trend social ideas before clients even know it’s a trend.
• Concept and create social posts for projects ranging from simple graphics, motion graphics, GIFs & animations to content production and beyond.
• Show ability to flex from project to project and job to job.
• Consistently contribute to brainstorms for engaging ideas.
• Work collaboratively with a content team consisting of strategists, media managers, copywriters, and creators.

Qualifications

• 110% social - you must speak internet fluently, from TikTok to YouTube, and know how to start a trend, not just jump on one.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects is a MUST)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital/Social Marketing and/or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Not afraid to pick up a camera or phone and do a little creating yourself.
• A nice person because we spend too much time with each other not to be nice.
• A digital designer focused on your craft. You can make the complicated seem simple and you’re obsessed with the details.
• Full of surprises - an efficient understanding of motion graphics, animation and editing, especially as it relates to social media, is a huge bonus.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
