Primary Responsibilities

• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of an Architect, Project Manager, or other professionals
• Perform other duties as needed
• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
• Have real-world experience on exciting projects
• Participate in the architectural design process, and develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to clients or for agency approval
• Follow through on design development drawings and models, and collaborate with production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings for healthcare projects

Required Qualifications

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate architecture program
• Attention to detail is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference is given to local candidates
• Prefer 2 years completed toward architecture degree with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study/industry
