Deckhand/General Marine Maintenance

Our company is seeking a motivated and fit deckhand to join our team. The successful applicant will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to complete general boat maintenance independently.

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on board our vessels, including getting into engine rooms, cleaning/detailing yachts and assisting with tasks such as cleaning sea-strainers and changing bilge pumps. Must have a love for outdoor physical work.

A strong candidate will have prior experience working in the boating industry, possess basic mechanical & electrical skills, interpersonal skills, and have the ability to complete tasks in an organized fashion.
