Job Overview:

As a Data Visualization Analyst at JJ Fashions UK, you will play a vital role in transforming complex data into visually appealing and easily understandable insights. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling visualizations and dashboards that enable stakeholders across the company to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and finance, to identify key metrics and trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop interactive and visually impactful dashboards and reports using industry-leading data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful visualizations that provide actionable insights.
3. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business improvements.
4. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for growth, optimize marketing campaigns, improve inventory management, and enhance customer experience.
5. Design and implement data visualization best practices and standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across the organization.
6. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization techniques and tools, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance data-driven decision-making at JJ Fashions UK.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
2. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, with experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
3. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
4. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical terms for diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Prior experience in the retail industry or e-commerce is a plus.
