Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analysis, and reporting. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day management of our data systems, including receiving, interpreting, inputting and updating data in our Point of Sale system

Expected Salary Range: $17.90 - $22.38 HOURLY

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Enters and updates SKU information into our point of sale system
• Researches and obtains additional information needed for incomplete documents.
• Create and manage data entry processes
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Reviews data for deficiencies, errors, and provides correction to those errors.

Skills Required

• Generate and interpret reports.
• Utilizes efficient and accurate techniques for data program entry.
• Assist with testing new system enhancements
• Assist with the data verification, scanning projects and data uploads
• Properly store and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates resilience and composure when faced with tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Retail experience a plus
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates professionalism and courteous telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with team members.
