Data Entry/Receptionist Pay Rate: $12.65/hr Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing the receptionist desk at the Maple building and for the data entry of expenditures of personal money for persons served, petty cash, gas purchases, and grocery cards. All duties listed below are the essential functions of the position. Schedule: Monday-Friday; 1st shift General Responsibilities: Data entry of expenditures, petty cash, gas purchases, and grocery gift certificates. Managing the front desk and lobby area. Greeting internal and external customers. Processing of mail. Supporting bus driver communication on two-way radio.
