Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking a Data Entry Specialist whose primary responsibilities will be to provides data entry into a centralized system in support of customer requirements.

Duties include:

• Position is on-site at our customer location in Quantico, VA
• Position requires an active TS clearance, SCI eligibility, and the willingness and ability to pass a CI polygraph
• Prioritize and multitask order entry across a variety of legal parameters, and coordinate and route support across multiple groups
• Work closely with customer stakeholders and accurately review data to ensure information provided is entered into system in an accurate and timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year experience in data entry and validation of information
• Associate’s degree; or in lieu of college level education, High School/GED graduate, and a minimum of six months of specialized experience in the processing of lawful court orders is required
• Experience in analyzing reports and retrieving information within government systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement is preferred
• A thorough understanding of relevant legal terminology is preferred
