Process transactions, including address changes, beneficiary changes, withdrawals, surrenders, etc.

Provide information or explanations of products, terms and conditions, and policies

Ensure and document the appropriate response to each question

Formulate correspondence with customers through both verbal and written methods

Manage and prioritize workload to hit standards of excellence

Input data from bills into company software

Recognize and research anomalies within bills

Collaborate with other team members to resolve bill issues

Able to take ownership for work and performance
