General Description:

Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Facility Engineer Level, Level II to support a commercial office building located in Denver. We are seeking an experienced candidate with Data Center experience and expertise in commercial HVAC service and electrical systems.

We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.

Facility Engineers are focused on service and delivering long-term technical solutions for our clients. They maintain, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and more. Ideal candidates will have a background in supporting commercial data center facilities. Our focus on service enables us to deliver long-term technical solutions for our clients. Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:

• Variable Frequency Drives
• Perform tests and rounds on building systems
• Humidifiers
• Mechanical: HVAC, plumbing, controls
• Troubleshooting
• Hot water systems
• Maintain records and monitor equipment
• Refrigeration
• Electrical: lighting, generators, primary switch gear
• Hot water heaters
• Pumps, vales, piping and filters
• Preventive Maintenance

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Strong organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• 4+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity
• Values and display exceptional customer service
• Well-rounded background as a Journeyman

Minimum Qualifications:

• Comfortable working on computers
• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity
• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
• Over 18 years of age
• Strong written and verbal English skills
