Data Associate Jobs

Discovery Life Sciences is a trusted provider of bioanalytic and biospecimen services to hundreds of customers across the U.S. and around the world. The FFPE Data Associate contributes to our mission by ensuring the quality of clinical and laboratory created data is maintained and provided to customers in a timely manner. This position ensures that every sample DLS provides fits our customer needs and is accompanied with the information that defines the sample.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

Qualification/Experience:

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Avid Reader Preferred
• Excellent computer stills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle high stress situations with ease while maintaining a positive and productive attitude
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational stills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in life sciences
• Experience using salesforce
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
• Consistent and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position. Role is remote.
• Always follow HIPPA requirements
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its operations
• Ensure quality of all services, data and information being sent to customer
• Collaborate with the clinical sites, laboratory services, IT and project managers to identify, prevent and resolve problems
• Operate within systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
