What to Expect
You will be part of a team that is managing strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts for Tesla's Global Supply Management. This role requires you to acquire deep subject matter knowledge about systems, distribution, and fulfillment processes and KPIs used to manage and drive the business. The role requires the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships with our supply chain, material planning, logistics finance and warehouse Operations teams. The successful candidate is a self-starter with knowledge of Inventory management techniques and continuously demonstrates an ability to tackle complex problems and implement solutions. What You’ll Do

• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, SQL and Python (especially Pandas). Data visualization programs such as Tableau and PowerBi are preferred.
• Experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement.
• Highly proficient in automation and supply chain analytics
• Experienced in Sourcing, MRP and fulfilment systems is plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfortable communicating with cross-functional team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
