About the Job:

HirePlace is hiring a full-time Data Analyst, Business Operations to sit onsite in the Greater Tampa Bay area. As a Data Analyst you will be integral to supporting our client’s rapid growth. You’ll collaborate with operations, development, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to increase the efficiency of operations as the company continues to grow.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and document existing business processes. Evaluate ways to increase the efficiency of internal data flows and centralize sources of truth.
• Work on an array of projects and workstreams that ensure the successful day to day operations of the company. Examples include maintaining the company’s project management and OKR process, developing new employee SOPs, or initiatives to automate business processes.
• Daily data analysis – collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to uncover insights and trends.
• Support Strategic decision making by providing data driven insights and make recommendations.
• Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Build and manage low and no code automations – design, build, and maintain low and no code solutions to business operations and processes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Work Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions.
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with change priorities with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years’ work experience in data analytic. Experience in a high-performance, high growth, and venture backed startup is highly preferred.
• Results oriented data professional with interest and passion in process evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Expertise in low and no code tools like Zapier and Airtable.
• Can demonstrate proficiency in statistical analysis, data querying with SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
