Data Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Whether data is flowing through all pipelines correctly and within defined SLAs.
• Analyze outreach and attestation data in support of custom stakeholder requests.
• Work with Client Services to understand and address clients’ concerns around data or deliverables.
• Work with Development and Operations teams to solve business and data problems.
• Perform in-depth data investigations related to client or provider questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations for resolving any discrepancies identified through the course of a data investigation.
• Whether a location responded to outreach;
• Why a location received or did not receive outreach;
• Provide running analysis on healthcare provider and organization data to determine:
• Interpret results of analysis and communicate findings back to teammates in a clear manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience solving business problems using data.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst position.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Power BI.

Preferred

• Experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with data tools including Databricks and Spark.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Data Analytics or Computer Engineering.
