Cyber Security Specialist Jobs

• Develop and implement identity and access management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of organizational systems and data.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Design, configure, and maintain IAM systems and solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Monitor and analyze access logs and audit trails to identify security incidents, anomalies, and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and security best practices to enhance the effectiveness of IAM solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, assess risks, and design IAM solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to promote secure access management practices among employees.
• Participate in security audits, assessments, and penetration tests to evaluate the effectiveness of IAM controls and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
• Manage user identities, roles, and access privileges across various systems and platforms, including cloud-based environments and third-party applications.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as SSO, LDAP, OAuth, RBAC, and PKI.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on identity and access management.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing IAM solutions, such as identity and access governance (IAG) systems, directory services, and privilege access management (PAM) tools.
• Experience with IAM integration in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and knowledge of cloud identity services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
• In-depth understanding of security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and threat landscape.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
