Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Cutter Machine Operator is responsible for trimming product to correct size and package that product according to customer specification using Polar Cutter machines. Main Duties Include:


  • Visually inspecting inserts prior to, during and after the run time to ensure they are correct and meet quality standards
  • Preparing for the job by reviewing job specifications, schedule and making adjustments to ensure proper equipment setup
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks regularly to keep equipment in good working condition. Maintaining record of frequently used parts (i.e. blades, sticks, etc.) and ensures they are changed appropriately
  • Reading and understanding job tickets for specifications and instructions
