Job Description
Parallel Employment is currently recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. This is a direct hire position.


Responsibilities


  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)


Requirements


  • Ability to stand for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs frequently
  • At least one year of previous machine operation experience
