Job Description

Job title: Marketing Manager

Duration: 6+ months contract (Possibility to extend up to 18 months)

Location: Overland Park KS (Onsite)

Review customer inquiries, timely respond to them within agreed upon SLAs, and file responses in database.

Work independently on escalated issues and prioritize, investigate and resolve them with minimal guidance from others.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Privacy team maintains a public facing email address ([email protected]), which receives on average 1800 emails per month. This mailbox is widely distributed in the public domain. Most of these messages are from the public (customers and non-customers), but occasionally, also from federal, state, or local government entities or internal clients (i.e., T-Mobile employees).


What type of applications will be supported? KANA: KANA is an email inventory management system used by offline teams to review, handle, and respond to customer emails.


What type of database are they using to complete the tickets? KANA is an email management system.
