Customer Facing Supply Chain Analyst - C&S

What you will do in this role:

Primary responsibilities include maximizing store in-stocks, promotional event management, modular reset execution, driving incremental sales, generating cost savings and analyzing customer data. Interacts within customer systems. Interact with all levels of management to resolve issues and present solutions to improve operational efficiencies. Primary contact within the Dreyer’s Supply Chain to execute merchandising plans with customer inventory/replenishment teams to optimize inventory throughout the networks.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with customer on replenishment strategies and lead correction of error process for seasonal and promotional events
  • Build and maintain collaborative customer and internal stakeholder relationships to drive supply chain efficiency
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of low performance to customer and internal partners
  • Own On Time In Full KPI and work cross functionally to improve metric
  • Manage new item introduction and develop the exit strategy for discontinued items during modular resets
  • Delivers day-to-day operational results:

  • Utilize customer data to analyze DC and store inventories, evaluate POS trends and confirm forward looking forecast to align the customer forecast to anticipated retail sales at the customer DC and store level
  • Track in-stocks, fill rate, on time, weeks of supply and forecast error for replenishable items
  • Clearly execute all Dreyer’s priorities and deliver the growth and goals for your accounts
  • Lead meetings with the customer to improve in stocks, drive sales, optimize inventory and improve forecast accuracy

The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The pay scale disclosed below has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year.
