Customer Service Travel Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Agent Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of your client's travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.

As a Travel Agent your ultimate goal will be to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future services. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Work with travel vendors to secure the best rates and options for company travel. Monitor changes in travel policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Respond to clients inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
