This position is a 12 month contract.
Description: Applicant must be able to work any shift including Sat/Sun. Will work Mon-Fri- 730 am 4pm during the first week of training and possibly the second week of mentoring. We are currently looking for 1st and 2nd shifts, we are a 24/7 support center.
Employees may take upwards of 70 calls per day as well as make a similar number of outbound calls, emails, and chats. Our client base is diverse, serving cities & municipalities, facilities, alarms dispatching and manufacturing, and sanitation, wastewater & citizen water requests.
This is a full-time work-at-home position.
Responsibilities: Employee must have the maturity and professionalism to be able to work from home, unsupervised, without distractions. Must have access to stable, consistent internet service or satellite service. Must have the ability to work any schedule. We are currently looking for employees for 1st and 2nd shifts. We are a 24/7 operation.

Written Communication and grammar are critical to this role as employees may be assigned to the Chat queue. Must have a clear speaking voice and accuracy and attention to detail a must...Customer Service skills a MUST, handling difficult callers, utilizing de-escalation skills. Team player, able to professionally communicate with clients, peers, management equally and with respect.
- Must have stable and consistent internet access @ 50mbps and a desk large enough to hold two 25" monitors, and an ergonomically correct chair. We will provide all other equipment.
