Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives:

• Calmly resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Track call information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Field customer inquiries via phone/email/chat/social media
• Upsell products or services if required
• Assist with requests and process payments
• Find innovative solutions to respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who have:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Typing speed of 25 WPM
• Composure and objectivity in challenging situations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• The ability to work independently
