About The Opportunity


  • We currently have multiple Customer Service Representative openings for one of the largest health insurance companies in Boston, MA. We are looking for someone that must be currently living in Massachusetts or New Hampshire to be considered for this job.
  • Your role is to answer phones, resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information
  • They are nationally recognized for their commitment to providing innovative, high-quality health care coverage regardless of age or circumstance


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities


  • Document calls in the inquiry tracking system
  • Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients
  • Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products


Customer Service Representative Qualifications


  • Must be comfortable handling confidential health information
  • 1+ years of experience doing customer service in a call center environment (office or remote)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
