- Document confidential payment information from consumers as well as other personal information such as address and phone
- Schedule and communicate deliveries efficiently in order to exceed customer retainment
- Attend daily meetings in order to advocate new services and sales promotions to potential consumers
- Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Communicate sales trends and fresh ideas for improvement to account managers and sales staff in order to increase sales targets
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through welcoming, warm, and interactive communication

- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related field
- Superb time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- A professional and confident demeanor
