Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:


  • Document confidential payment information from consumers as well as other personal information such as address and phone
  • Schedule and communicate deliveries efficiently in order to exceed customer retainment
  • Attend daily meetings in order to advocate new services and sales promotions to potential consumers
  • Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  • Communicate sales trends and fresh ideas for improvement to account managers and sales staff in order to increase sales targets
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through welcoming, warm, and interactive communication
  • Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential issues


Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:


  • Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related field
  • Superb time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • A professional and confident demeanor
  • High school diploma preferred
