Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social comments
Provide product and service information to customers and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate and complete customer records and provide regular reports to the Director of Customer Service
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer service process
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies
Assist the Director of Customer Service as needed in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of excelling in a front-facing role with a high level of emotional intelligence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete customer records
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
