Intelligent Service Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drain Cleaning in Mount Prospect, IL is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and help the office run smoothly. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


As a Customer Service Representative, you are prompt and professional when handling the needs of our clients and the administrative needs of our office. In this role, you answer phone calls, respond to customer needs through email and Podium, and schedule appointments with customers. Additionally, you take great care to maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes. All of our customer service representatives are properly trained to have a working knowledge of the services we perform and the contracts we offer so that they can provide our customers with excellent service.


As a vital component to our office administrative staff, you eagerly step in and assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed. Whether tending to the mail or stepping in for our dispatch team, you feel great about your professional contributions to the success of our HVAC company!


Qualifications For a Customer Service Representative


  • Exceptional people skills
  • Experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Basic computer skills
