This full-time (Monday through Friday 800am to 500pm), position, is located at our corporate office in Woodstock, IL. This is an ON-SITE POSITION.

• Communication is a key strength here, both in written and verbal forms, ensuring effective interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
• You'll find individuals who have a strong desire to assist, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring they see things through to completion.
• We actively engage in activities aimed at enhancing the customer service experience and driving overall business performance.
• Count on us to troubleshoot technical issues of a basic and routine nature, supporting customers with website registrations and answering order entry questions.
• Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns is one of our core skills, as we strive to demonstrate empathy and build strong rapport.

• We have the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using conceptual thinking, approaching challenges with a creative mindset.

What You Will Contribute

• We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of computer basics, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet usage.
• While a High School education is required, having a college degree would be a great advantage.
• You'll bring your valuable experience of 3 years in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center environment.
